Every quote gets a public link. Your customer opens it in the browser, reviews the line items and accepts or declines the quote online – no printing, no signature-PDF ping-pong. And an accepted quote becomes an invoice with one click.
Your templates, your brand
Every invoice is generated as a clean PDF – logo, sender details and footer come from your settings, not from someone else's template. For customers in Switzerland, Numarios produces standards-compliant Swiss QR-bills; for customers in the euro area, a SEPA payment part with GiroCode. Each document appears automatically in your customer's language – German, French, Italian or English.
Recurring invoices
Create a profile per customer: line items, interval, start date. From then on, Numarios creates the invoice automatically – and sends it too, if you want. Monthly, quarterly or yearly. If you want the last word, use the approval queue: you approve, Numarios sends.
Payment matching
Upload your bank statement (camt.053) and Numarios automatically matches incoming payments to your open invoices via the QR or payment reference and marks them as paid. No retyping, no guesswork. Partial payments are recognised too – open, part-paid or paid lives right on the invoice.

Yes. Invoicing, quotes, automation and email sending work everywhere – whether you are based in Hamburg, Vienna or Zurich. Only the QR payment part on the invoice PDF is a Swiss payment standard; outside Switzerland you simply send your invoices without it.
Yes. For customers in Switzerland, invoices can be generated as PDFs with a QR payment part per the Swiss Payment Standards – with a QR-IBAN and QR reference, or with a regular IBAN. Your customers pay by scanning it in their e-banking.
Yes. You upload your logo and set your sender details and footer; documents follow your layout. The email templates for sending and reminders can also be customised with placeholders.
By default Numarios sends quotes, invoices and reminders under your sender name, and your customers' replies go to your own address – with no setup at all. If you want to send fully from your own domain (e.g. billing@your-company.com), connect your own mailbox (SMTP) in the settings.
Your data is yours. You can export customers, invoices and quotes as CSV at any time, and every document exists as a PDF. After cancellation you can export your data; after that it is deleted.
No. Numarios is invoicing software, not accounting software: you enter customers and line items, and the software calculates the rest (totals, VAT, rounding, payment part). There is no chart of accounts anywhere.
